Chinese herb treatment is better than western treatment.For instance the reliable consequences of the curative effect and the postpone of the relapse.Either way, it reduces the rate of the side effectProfessor Wei Yuegang developed "Tu Huai Xiao Bi Yin" that can be used to cure the psoriasis vulgaris in clinical uses. In order to make sure this treatment is effective for further notice, this topic is aim to discuss the effectiveness of Tu Huai Xiao Bi Yin cure the psoriasis vulgarism clinical fields.Method:Separate 60 patients into two groups.Those two groups should be divided by no extreme differences of age,sex,pathogenesis or the severity of the disease(P>0.05) which can be comparable.The treatment group which contained 30 patients uses the Tu Huai Xiao Bi Yin. And the control group uses FuFang QingDai Jiaonang. By comparing the PASI after 8 weeks of continuing uses of medical treatment,the effectiveness of Tu Huai Xiao Bi Yin can be determined.Result:The total effective rates by the the end of 8th week of treatment group was 97.0%and the rate of control group was only 80.0%,which means apparently the treatment group uses the better drugs rather than the control group(P<0.05).The PASI of both control group and treatment group were ameliorated and the treatment group had more obvious improvement in PASI than the control group(P<0.05). No untoward reaction occurred in both of the groups.Significance:Tu Huai Xiao Bi Yin to deal with psoriasis vulgarisis is reliable and safe. Also, Tu Huai Xiao Bi Yin that we used in treatment group is better than the"TuFang QingDai Jiaonang"that we used in control group.
