Objective: This study is to observe and contrast Qing Re Li Shi Yin and Xiao Yin XiYao’s effect on psoriasis vulgaris patients.To investigate Xiao Yin Xi Yao’s effect onMouse tail scaled epidermis granular layer pathological changes,so as to provide initiatorydata and information for the study of Xiao Yin Xi Yao’s curative effect on psoriasis.Methods: The63psoriasis vulgaris patients are put into two groups atrandom.Group.Group Ⅰare given Qing Re Li Shi Yin and Xiao Yin Xi Yao(33patients),Group Ⅱ are given Qing Re Li Shi Yin only (30patients),and the course of treatment is12weeks, observate the curative effect of each group.The experiment using mouse tailscale due to lack of normal keratinized epidermis granular layer, simulate of psoriaticparakeratosis characteristics and sets up control group, and high concentration, lowconsumption of Xiao Yin Xi Yao. Observate drug on mouse tail scale particle layerpathological changes with electron microscopic. Application of statistical software forprocessing,so as to provide initiatory data and information for the study of Xiao Yin XiYao’s curative effect on psoriasis.Results: The clinical recovery rate of GroupⅠ curing psoriasis vulgaris patients is69.70%and the total curative effective rate is96.97%.The clinical recovery rate of GroupⅡ is36.67%and the total curative effective rate is80.00%.GroupⅠ’clinical curativeeffect have an advantage over GroupⅡ.There exists deviation between the two groups.Animal experiment shows Xiao Yin Xi Yao can promote the regeneration of mouse tailscale particle layer. It has the therapeutic effect on psoriasis.Conclusion: Qing Re Li Shi Yin and Xiao Yin Xi Yao to cure psoriasis vulgarispatients has definite effects and the recurrence rate is resolutely low.Its mechanism ofaction may be relevant to its effect of anti-pathogenic microorganism,regulatin immunity,regulating dysbolismus,inhibiting epidermal cell proliferation and so on.
