Clinical Observation Of Chronic Renal Failure Patients Treated By Sequentially Colon Dialysis Therapy Combine Retention Enema With Niaoduqing

Objetive:This study is designed to observe the Sequentially colon dialysis therapy combine retention enema with Niaoduqing in blocking, delaying the process of chronic renal failure, to provide more effective treatment methods and new Route of administration for the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:In this study,40 example patients with chronic renal failure are divided into 2 groups in the ratio of 1:1,20 patients in each group. A group:Retention enema with Niaoduqing group; B group:Sequentially colon dialysis therapy combine retention enema with Niaoduqing group. Treatment for 4 weeks, TCM Syndrome Study points and biochemical indices and changes in glomerular filtration rate (GFR) were observed before and after the treatment. The statistics were treated by statistical package SPSS 17.0 Measurement datas were described with mean±standard deviation (X±S).The main measurement datas before and after treatment was compared with matched-pairs t-test. comparison between groups use independent sample-t-test. Enumeration data were chi-square tested and P<0.05 for statistical significance.Results:(1)The total effect and TCM Syndrome Study points are different before and after treamt of the two groups obviously (P<0.05). (2)In improving renal function in CRF patients, depressing Scr levels, advancing the level of eGFR, the two group have significant differences(P<0.05). (3)Both of the two groups, before and after treatment, There are no significant differences in electrolyte(eg: K, Ca, P, etc.) (P>0.05).(4) The safety index before and after treatment have no significant difference both of the group (P>0.05).Conclusion: Both of the treatment of retention enema with Niaoduqing(A group) and Sequentially colon dialysis therapy combine retention enema with Niaoduqing(B group) can improve clinical symptoms and some experimental indicators. B group is better than A group in total effect, the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05).
