Colon Dialysis Joint Chinese High Enema Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Table A Systematic Review Of Randomized Controlled Trials

Objective：The use of evidence-based medicine combined with traditionalChinese medicine high retention enema colon dialysis Meta-analysis ofclinical trials for the treatment of chronic renal failure (chronic renalfailure), combined with traditional Chinese medicine for colon dialysishigh retention enema to provide a scientific basis for the treatment ofchronic renal failure.Materials and Methods： Computer search China National KnowledgeInfrastructure Database(CNKI)、 Wanfang Database、 Academic JournalDatabase(VIP)、China Biological Medicine Database(CBM),supplemented bymanual searches. Collection of all controlled clinical studies that metthe inclusion criteria, quality assessment and data extraction for eachstudy, The Cochrane Collaboration RevMan5.2analytical processing.Results：Were collected from the literature29, a total of2275patients,divided into treatment group (n=1187) and control group (n=1088), thetreatment group using basic treatment plus colon dialysis combined withtraditional Chinese high retention enema, control group received basictreatmentand traditional Chinese medicine retention enema manually.10indicators (clinical symptoms, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen,creatinine clearance, glomerular filtration rate, serum uric acid,hemoglobin,24-hour urinary protein, symptom scores, adverse reactions)were observed. Meta-analysis: Western medicine treatment on the basis ofthe addition of colon dialysis combined with traditional Chinese medicinehigh retention enema treatment of chronic renal failure in improving theclinical symptoms, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, creatinineclearance, glomerular filtration rate, uric acid, hemoglobin, symptomscores were better than the basic treatment combined with traditionalChinese medicine hand-retention enema therapy, no significant differencein24-hour urine protein indicators. Included in research methodology quality assessment is generally low.Conclusion：It can be seen from the results, combined with traditionalChinese medicine colon dialysis high retention enema effective treatmentof chronic renal failure. But because of the clinical trials includedrelatively low methodological quality, part of the study sample size istoo small, the treatment time is shorter, there are several limitationsto strength of evidence, the interpretation of these results should becautious.
