Objective: This project aims to objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of colonic dialysis combined with "renal failure bowel recipe" retention enema for non-dialysis turbidity syndrome in chronic renal failure, and to provide new clinical application for the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine bowel therapy for chronic renal failure.Methods:(1)74 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 37 cases in each group.(2)Both groups were treated with basic medical treatment,On the basis of the above, the treatment group used colon dialysis combined with "renal failure bowel therapy" to retain the enema(once every other day, three times a week),plus "renal failure bowel therapy" traditional retention enema(once every other day, four times a day),two Alternate. The control group was administered rectally with "Xinkang suppository" on the above basis(four times a day,1 capsule in the morning, evening, and evening,2 capsules before bedtime).(3)Collect and analyze relevant curative and safety indicators before treatment and after 3 weeks of continuous treatment.Observation indicators include:TCM syndrome total score, single symptom score and laboratory test indicators such as renal function(blood Scr,blood BUN,Ccr),electrolyte(K,Ca,P),liver function(AST,ALT),etc. After the comparison between the groups and the comparison between groups, the efficacy and safety of colonic dialysis combined with "renal failure bowel recipe" retention enema for non-dialysis turbidity syndrome of chronic renal failure were evaluated.Results:(1)The curative effect of the disease: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.6%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 74.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group was more obvious.(2)Syndrome effect: The total effective rate was 85.8% in the treatment group and 62.9% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was more obvious.(3)Syndrome scores: There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and the treatment group was better than the treatment group.Control group.(4)Single symptom scores: The symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the symptoms were improved compared with before treatment;the improvement of nausea and vomiting, dry stool, poor food, and drowsiness The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(5)In laboratory indicators: in terms of renal function, the Scr,BUN and Ccr of the two groups were improved compared with the group(P<0.05),but the treatment group was superior to the control in reducing Scr,BUN and increasing Ccr.Group(P <0.05).In terms of electrolytes, blood phosphorus, serum calcium and serum potassium were improved in the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There are differences in improving electrolytes.(6)Safety evaluation: No obvious toxic and side effects occurred in the two groups of patients during the treatment and observation period, indicating that colon dialysis combined with retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine is safe in clinical application for chronic renal failure.
