Research About Effects And Mechanism By Xiaoji Granule On Uterine Leiomyomas Of Damp-Heat Blood-Stasis Retention Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effects and detecte changes of T cell subsets (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+), NK cells (CD16+, CD56+) from immunological point of view of Xiaoji Granule treatment on uterine leiomyomas of Damp-Heat Blood-Stasis Retention Type.Method:Randomized, controlled study methods, included in the study of 58 cases of uterine leiomyomas were divided into 2 groups:treatment group 31 cases, oral Xiaoji Granule; control group,27 cases of oral Gongliuxiao capsule. Patients in each group before and after the clinical symptoms and signs of improvement, testing before and after treatment in each group B-patients, serum E2, P, T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell changes.Result: Xiaoji Granule on Treating 31 cases of uterine leiomyomas, the total efficiency was 87%; control group of 27 cases, the total efficiency was 63%; the total effect of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). Leiomyomas:The total effective rate was 87%, control group was 59%, compared two groups of leiomyomas significant difference (P<0.05). Clinical symptoms:two in improving menstrual volume, by the color by the quality and reduce the clinical symptoms of abdominal pain were significantly different (P<0.05). Before and after treatment E2, P were decreased, there were significant differences (P<0.05); but there was no difference between the two groups was significant (P>0.05). Patients treated with CD3+ cell ratio before and after treatment showed no significant difference (P>0.05), CD4+ratio has increased and more a highly significant difference (P<0.01), CD8+ratio fell and more highly significant difference (P<0.01), while the CD4+/CD8+ ratio increased after treatment were significantly different (P<0.01), that Xiaoji Granule in the regulation of body overall immune function have not yet plays a significant role, while the immune response a dominant positive regulator. Before treatment, NK cell ratio in the normal range, NK cell ratio after treatment both groups have risen, but before and after treatment showed no significant difference (P>0.05), suggesting that consumer product granules may not be the sky by increasing the number of NK cells in treatment.Conclusion:Xiaoji Granule on treating damp-heat blood-stasis type of uterine leiomyomas is effective.It can improve clinical symptoms and signs, promote the serum E2, P down, regulate CD4+, CD8+T cells ratio, correct the disorder of the immune system and maintain Stability of immune function.
