Clinical Research And Discussion Of Immune Mechaninism On Endometriosis Of Damp-Heat Blood-Stasis Retention Type Treated With XiaoJI Power

Objective:To observe the curative effects and the change of CA125, EMAb, NK cell and the ratio of T-lymphocyte of patients with endometriosis of damp-heat blood-stasis retention type treated with XiaoJi Power, and explore its action mechanism in immunity.Methods:68 patients were divided randomly into two groups:treatment group of 36 cases treated with XiaoJi power and control group of 32 cases treated with capsule of SanJieZhenTong. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms, physical sign, CA125, EMAb, natural kill cell and the ratio of T lymphocyte are observed.Results:Total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 80.6% and 78.1% respectively. There was no significant difference (P>0.05),while significant differences in the scores of systemic symptoms,dysmenorrheal,intercourse pain and pelvic pain in non-menstrual phase and ovarian cyst size(P>0.05).There were obvious differences between prior and post treatment in the level of CA125, the negative conversion rate of EMAb,the ratio of CD8+ and CD4+, and CD4+/CD8+ ,while no differences in CD3+; no differences is observed between two groups in the ratio of NK cell, CD3+,CD4+,CD8+.in 52 cases,the rate of the ratio of CD8+ beyond normal is 88.46% ,and decreased after treatment but not to normal.Conclusion:XiaoJi power has obvious curative effect in treating endometriosis of the type of damp-heat blood-stasis retention. XiaoJi power improves the clinical symptom, physical sign and the negative conversion rate of EMAb, decreases CA125, regulates the ratio of CD4+, CD8+, and remains stability of immune function.
