Clinical Observation Of Compound Niuling Granule In The Treatment Of Type ? A Prostatitis Complicated With Semen Non-liquefaction(Damp-heat And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of compound Niuling Granule on type ? A prostatitis complicated with semen non-liquefaction(damp-heat and blood stasis)and explore its mechanism.Methods:60 patients with type ? A prostatitis complicated with semen non-liquefaction(damp-heat and blood stasis)were selected from January 2018 to October 2018 in the first affiliated andrological clinic of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the method of random control and single blind,60 patients were divided into two groups according to random number table.The treatment group was treated with compound Niuling Granule;the control group was treated with Ning Bitai Capsule;the treatment group was treated with Ning Bitai Capsule;the treatment course was 3 months.To observe and record the changes of prostate symptom score,semen liquefaction time,semen consistency,semen zinc and acid phosphatase before and after treatment,and to make statistical analysis.Result: 1.In the overall curative effect,the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 66.67%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.In terms of semen consistency: the treatment group and the control group had improved compared with before the study.Meanwhile,the improvement of semen viscosity in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In terms of semen liquefaction time,the treatment group and the control group were improved compared with before the study.Meanwhile,the shortening of semen liquefaction time in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).4.In the scoring of prostatitis symptoms: the treatment group and the control group were improved compared with before the study.At the same time,the improvement of NIH-CPSI in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.In the aspect of seminal plasma zinc,the treatment group and the control group were improved compared with before the study.Meanwhile,the zinc concentration of seminal plasma in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).6.In the aspect of seminal acid phosphatase,the treatment group and the control group were improved compared with before the study.At the same time,the concentration of acid phosphatase in seminal plasma of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Compound Niuling Granule can promote semen liquefaction and reduce its liquefaction time.It is superior to the control group in increasing the concentration of zinc and acid phosphatase in seminal plasma,and in reducing the prostate symptom score of patients,it is superior to the control group.It is suggested that compound Niuling granule is an effective method for the treatment of non-liquefaction of semen.
