Clinical Research On The Effect Of Xiaoji Power In Treating Rheology Of Blood,CA125 And EMAb Of Endometriosis Of Damp-Heat Blood-Stasis Retention Type

Objective: To observe the effect of XiaoJi powder in treating the clinical symptoms, physical sign, immunizing indexes of endometriosis and to explore its mechanism, are based on clinical study.Methods:Clinical Researth: 87 patients due to the study type were divided into two groups randomly: 58 patients are settled as experimental group, who are treated with XiaoJi powder.; 29 patients are settled as control group, who are treated with capsule of SanJieZhenTong. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms, physical sign, rheology of blood, function of cruor, CA125 and EMAb are observed. The prescription of two groups are both consist of some traditional Chinese medicines.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group is 93.1%., which is consist of 58 cases And the total effective rate of control group is 89.7%, which is consist of 29 cases. The total therapeutic effect of two sets has unconspicuous deviation by the statistical treatment(P<0.05) .Whether experimental or control group has unconspicuous significant with course of diseases and therapeutic effect (P>0.05) , and there is no discrepancy between every group objects of two sets(P>0.05).AS the state of illness aggravate, therapeutic effect become embitter; To observe mid-grade patient, two sets have conspicuous significan (P<0.05) ,and the experimental group has the trivial advantage of the control group;To observe low-grade and high-grade patient, two sets has unconspicuous significant (P>0.05) . Concerning the general symptoms, dysmenorrhe, physical sign, each group performed obvious improvement and demonstrated significance by contrast between pre- and post-therapy. In aspect of rheology of blood and function of cruor,two sets are both have obvious melioration between pre- and post-therapy .After therapy, the declining results of CA125 of two sets has significant difference(P<0.05) ,the positive ratio of experimental group decreases from 89.7% to 62.1%, and the positive ratio of control group decrease from 79.3 % to 55.2%. The therapeutic results of EMAb of two sets are fine, the turning negative ratio of EMAb of the experimental group is 68.75 %, and that of the control group is 60.00%. After therapy, the pregnant ratio of unpregnant patient is 16.67% in experimental group, whereas none in control group.Conclusion:This researth emphasize the clearing away heat evil and promoting diuresis and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, assisting with the method of strengthening healthy to eliminate pathogens. Using XiaoJi powder, to treat Endometriosis of the type of damp-heat blood-stasis retention, therapeutic effect is credible.The demonstrated change of the clinical symptom, physical sign, rheology of blood, function of cruor, CA125 , EMAb and the pregnant ratio of unpregnant patient indicate that, XiaoJi powder, which is security, is an effective recipe in treating Endometriosis. The effect may be achieved through improving rheology he blood stasis, meliorate function of cruor and strengthening the immune function.
