Clinical Observation Of Juqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris With Depression

Objective:Through the observation of Juqi Decoction in the treatment of stable angina with depression(syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the type of blood stasis and phlegm depression)angina pectoris clinical efficacy,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,the effects of Juqi Decoction on SF-12 quality of life score,TCM syndrome score,blood lipid level(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),Hamilton Depression Score,to understand the therapeutic effect of Juqi Decoction Method:According to the principle of random grouping,60 patients were divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases).The control group was treated with aspirin enteric coated tablets 0.1g QD,atorvastatin calcium tablets 20 mg QN,isosorbide mononitrate 20 mg BID,metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets 23.75-95 mg QD,nitroglycerin tablets 0.5mg sublingual during angina attack.Treatment in the study group: on the same basis of treatment in the control group,Juqi Decoction with the effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,Qi,phlegm and depression was added,which was composed of 4 g powder of Panax notoginseng,15 g Salvia miltiorrhiza,10 g Xiangfu,6 g Ligusticum chuanxiong,15 g Atractylodes Rhizoma Atractylodis,15 g jianqu,10 g fried Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,6 g Pu Huangtan(cloth bag),6 g wulingzhi(cloth bag),6 g faban pinellia,15 g jiaoshanzha and 15 g Radix Scutellariae.After treatment,the curative effect of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome,SF-12 quality of life score,TCM syndrome score,blood lipid level(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),Hamilton depression score and safety index were statistically analyzed.Result:(1)The total effective rate of the control group was 73.9%,the total effective rate of the study group was 96.2%,and the statistical comparison between the two groups was p <0.05,the effect of the study group was better than that of the control group.(2)Observation on SF-12 quality of life score of patients: after treatment,the scores of both groups were higher than before treatment,and P < 0.05,indicating that the quality of life of both groups was improved;after treatment,the comparison between the two groups was p < 0.05,the average number of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the improvement of SF-12 quality of life score of the study group was better than that of the control group.(3)To observe the curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the control group is 26.1%,the total effective rate of the study group is 92.3%,the statistical comparison of the two groups is p < 0.05,the curative effect of the study group is better than that of the control group,(4)Observation on the integral of TCM symptoms of patients: after treatment,the integral of TCM symptoms of the two groups decreased,and there was statistical difference(P < 0.05),and the integral of TCM symptoms of the two groups improved;after treatment,the integral of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the mean value of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the integral improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group.(5)Observation on the blood lipid level of the patients: after treatment,compared with before treatment,the HDL-C of the two groups increased,TG,TC,LDL-C decreased,and there was statistical significance(P < 0.05),the blood lipid of the two groups improved;after treatment,the comparison between the two groups was less than 0.05,combined with the mean comparison,the improvement of the study group was better than the control group.(6)Hamilton Depression Score: after treatment,the Hamilton depression score in the control group did not improve(P > 0.05);before and after treatment in the study group,P < 0.05,and the mean value after treatment was lower than before treatment,the Hamilton depression score in the study group improved.(7)Safety index: the safety index was in the normal range before and after treatment,and there was no difference before and after treatment(P > 0.05).There was no adverse reaction in both groups,and the drugs in both groups were safe.In conclusion:Juqi decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with depression.It has clinical application value and is worth further study.
