Clinical Study Of Jiawei Dachaihu Decoction On Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease With Depression

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Dachaihu decoction on stable angina pectoris associated with depression of coronary heart disease,and to analyze its efficacy,safety and improvement of depression.Methods: 72 patients with stable angina pectoris associated with depression were divided into control group and treatment group according to the principle of random control.The control group was treated with droperazothioate and meritriaxine tablets for 4 weeks,while the treatment group was treated with Dachaihu decoction plus essential drugs for coronary heart disease for 4 weeks.The changes of symptoms of angina pectoris and TCM syndromes were observed before and after treatment in two groups.The above data were analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results: after treatment,the scores of angina pectoris and TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the scores of angina pectoris and TCM syndrome in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)the total effective rate of angina pectoris was 88.89 in the treatment group,70.59 in the control group(P < 0.01),and 94.44 in the treatment group and 76.47 in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)the total score of SAQ and the score of five items in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(4)the scores of HAMD in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the factors of HAMD-7 except ?and ?in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).There was statistical difference in the curative effect of Hamd.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.22,and the total effective rate of the control group was 85.29(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Jiawei Dachaihu decoction can obviously relieve angina pectoris symptom of patients with stable angina pectoris and depression and improve TCM syndrome.2.Jiawei Dachaihu decoction can improve the quality of life and functional state of patients with coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris and depression.3.Jiawei Dachaihu decoction can relieve depression in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and depression.
