| Objective:The aim of this study is to observe the clinical therapeutic effect and the security of JianPiQingRe Method united mesalazine in the treatment of the Spleen deficiency and dampness-heat type of remission of Ulcerative Colitis; Provide clinical evidence for the stability of Traditional Chinese Medicine remission of ulcerative colitis. Explore methods of Chinese medicine treatment of ulcer colitis relapse.Study Methods:The60patients who were meet the standards were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The30patients in the treatment group were treated with JianPiQingRe Method united Mesalazine SR Granules,while the other30patients in the control group were treated with Mesalazine SR Granules only.The course of the treatment is3months.Compare the difference in TCM symptom scores,comprehensive clinical efficacy,and TCM syndrome between two groups.Results:The treatment group and the control group can improve the symptoms of diarrhea,abdominal pain,bloating,tenesmus,eat less anorexia,anal burning,and the TCM symptom scores.There’s no significant difference between the groups in improving the symptoms of tenesmus, anal burning, lassitude.(P>0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of diarrhea, abdominal pain,bloating,eat less anorexia,P values were less than0.05.The treatment Group was better than the control group in the clinical comprehensive efficacy, the total effect rate (96.7%vs83.3%), TCM syndromes,colonoscopy and pathological efficacy,P values were less than0.05.There was no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment in both of the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:The curative effect of JianPiQingRe method combined with Mesalazine treating ulcerative colitis patients is better than that of Mesalazine only, can significantly improve the symptoms and promote healing of the intestinal mucosa, maintaining remission of the disease, and no significant side effects, with security. |
