Clinical Observation On 30 Cases Of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated By Tuina Therapy Of Relaxing Tendons And Einforcing Body Resistance

Objective:The article was to observe the effect in curing Knee Osteoarthritis by tuina therapy of relaxing tendons and einforcing body resistance furthermore discuss the mechanism.Mthods:60 patients with Knee Osteoarthritis were randomly chosen and divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group. Each group contained 30 cases.The treatment group was treated by tuina therapy of relaxing tendons and einforcing body resistance,and the control group was treated by oral traditional chinese medicine(antihyperosteogeny pills).Result:The total effective rate of tuina group is 96.67%,and the effective rate of the contral group is 90.00%,there was significant difference between the two groups(X~2=4.043,P=0.044<0.05).Conclusions:Tuina therapy has the same therapeutic effect on Knee Osteoarthritis as well as the oral traditional chinese medicine therapy.Because of advantages of simple manipulations, without adverse effect , rapid therapeutic effect and easy to be accepted by patients,it is worth advocating to be applied.
