Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Tuina Combined With Oral Etoricoxib In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tuina combined with oral Etoricoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,used The subjective and objective evaluation questionnaire,a more comprehensive test and verify the effectiveness and security of Tuina in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method:Will 66 patients of early metaphase knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups for treatment group(33cases)and control group(33cases),After patients into clinical observation,treatment group and control group all started oral Etoricoxib,for two weeks,meanwhile the treatment group Combined with Tuina,for two weeks;Four weeks after follow-up,respectively.Using HSS score,WOMAC score,VAS score and FTSST score before treatment,treatment after a course of a grade,four weeks follow-up.Collect data,the treatment group and control group,respectively,compared with before treatment;Around the time at the end of the treatment and follow-up,to observe the recent effect.Results:Tuina combined with oral Etoricoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively relieve patients' pain and joint function.The score after treatment compared with control group,the treatment group of WOMAC score,VAS score,as well as FTSST score,are better than before treatment and is better than that of control group(P<0.05),indicating the treatment group can better relieve patients' pain and function.The control group after treatment HSS score,WOMAC score,VAS score and FTSST score were better than that of before treatment(P<0.05),indicating the control can improve joint pain and joint function of patients.The HSS scores of the two groups in the group comparison after a course of treatment and follow-up after four weeks there was no significant difference(P>0.05),a short period of time that Tuina did not change significantly.the two groups had no statistically significant HSS score after a course of treatment and follow-up four weeks after the comparison between the two groups(P>0.05),the differences in the use of Tuina results within a short time is not obvious.After a course of treatment and follow-up after four weeks between the twogroups of WOMAC score,VAS score and FTSST score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group than the control group can longer relieve pain and improve joint symptoms massage function,short-term effect is good.Conclusion:Under the guidance of The theory of Jingjin,we use the Tuina combined with oral Etoricoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can better improve the knee osteoarthritis patients' pain and joint mobility,and the recent curative effect more significant,but the long-term curative effect need through the study of the clinical observation of a larger sample size to further argument.
