The Clinical Observation On Chlidren Myo Pia Of Spleen-QI Deficiency Type Treated By Jianpi Mingmu Tuina Method

Objective:According to clinical research,we could observe the clinical effects of Jianpi Mingmu Tuina Method on Chlidren Myopia of the Spleen deficiency Qitype,and studied its mechanism.Methods:60 patients(113 eyes) with Chlidren MyoPia of Spleen-QI deficiency type were chosen and randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group 30 cases (55 eyes)and the control group(58 eyes).The treatment group was treated by Jianpi Mingmu Tuina Method, while the control group was treated by sticking cowherb seed on ear acupoint. After 5 courses of treatment,we evaluated the variation of vision,the symptoms and signs.Results:The vision of both groups had improved a lot after treatment,and clinical symptoms,signs of traditional chinese medicine also greatly changed.In curative effects,the treatment group,its recovery and excellence rated being much higher than the control group,behaved much better in improving symptoms and signs,too. Conclusion:Jianpi mingmu tuina method is an effective and safe way to cure chlidren myopia.It has a good effect in invigorating the spleen, benefiting vital energy,and improving vision. Its mechanism is that it can effectively reduce the symptoms of spleen-QI deficiency,improve the vision,periorbital blood circulation and release the eyestrasion,due to treatment from the root cause and pathogenesis of children myopia.
