The Clinical Research Of Jianpi Xiaoji Tuina Therapy Treating Children Indigestion(Spleen Deficiency With Indigestion Type)

Objective: The study comparing the results between Jianpi Xiaoji Tuina therapy and oral Jiangzhong infantile jianwei xiaoshi tablets method on treating children indigestion(Spleen deficiency with indigestion type)in Childhood.Observe the treatment effect of tuina and drug therapy,and compare the curative effect of the treatment of children indigestion,Provide objective basis for optimization the Clinical curative effect and to find a simple and reliable and effective treatment options for tuina treatment of this disease.Method: The study observed 70 child patients with children indigestion(Spleen deficiency with indigestion type),According to the doctor's order,randomly divided the patients into two groups,each group of 35 cases.The treatment group with treatment Jianpi Xiaoji Tuina therapy and the control group treatment with oral Jiangzhong infantile jianwei xiaoshi tablets,record before and after the treatment of the integral of the main TCM symptoms and signs,for statistical analysis,observe the differences in two groups of the curative effect.Result: Both the two groups in the treatment of children indigestion(Spleen deficiency with indigestion type)have obtained good curative effect.The treatment group the cure rate is 62.86%,and the total effective rate is 91.43%.And the control group the cure rate is 45.71%,and the total effective rate is 82.86%.Two groups in the improvement of the TCM symptoms and signs has significant difference(P<0.05),compared the Clinical curative effect the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Two groups of treatment methods in treating children indigestion(Spleen deficiency with indigestion type)has high curative effect,comparatively speaking,the cure rate of child patients with Jianpi Xiaoji Tuina therapy on children indigestion was obviously higher than that of drug treatment,Instructions on Jianpi Xiaoji Tuina therapy in the treatment of children indigestion have curative effect,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
