Purpose: To probe into the expectorant, antitussive, anti-asthmatic, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory effects and bolstering immunity effects of YJ particles on test animals.Method: Set up the chronic bronchitis modeling of little mice in sulfur dioxide inhaling method .Observe the antitussive effects of YJ particles in ammonia water cough-induced method. Observe the expectorant effects of YJ in little mice's windpipe phenol sulfonphothalein excretion method and big mice's capillary glass tube method. Guinea pigs'asthmas induced by histamine phosphate test shows the anti-asthmatic effects of YJ .The anti-microbial effect of YJ is shown in vitro and in vivo anti-microbial test. Observe the anti-inflammatory effect of YJ by dimethylbenzene causing little mice's ear-dwelling test and big mice'tampon glaucoma test. Observe the bolstering immunity effects of YZ by calculating little mice's thymus gland index number and spleen index number. Observe chronic bronchitis modeled little mice's pathology alter of bronchus gland and lung tissue through biological microscope.Result: Little mice's cough times can be decreased by YJ particles ,which is prominently different from blank controller (P<0.05,0.01 or P<0.001).Little mice's airway phenol red excretory amount and big mice's sputumausscheidung amount can be increased by YJ particles, which is prominently different from blank controller (P<0.05,0.01 or P<0.001). The incubation period of guinea pigs'asthmas caused by histamine phosphate can be prolonged, which is prominently different from blank controller (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The death rate of little mice infected by the lethal dose's staphylococcus aureus can be decreased by YJ particles ,which is prominently different from blank controller (P<0.05 or P<0.01).YJ particles have bacteriostatic and antiseptic effects on staphylococcus aureus , diplococcus pneumoniae , hemophilus influenzae and Bacillus coli in vitro test. Little mice's ear-dwelling caused by dimethylbenzene can be eased, which is prominently different from blank controller (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Big mice's tampon granuloma can be restrained by YJ particles, which is prominently different from blank controller (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Little mice's immune organ weight increasing caused by YJ particles proves that the little mice's immunologic function can be boosted to some extent, which is prominently different from blank controller (P<0.05 or P<0.01). It is found by histopathological examination that YJ particles can ease chronic bronchus mucosa inflammatory cell infiltration of the chronic bronchitis little mice, alleviate mucosa epithelial cells'necrosis and defulvium and reduce secretion in air passage.Conclusion: YJ Particles show preferable expectorant, antitussive , anti-asthmatic, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory effects and bolstering immunity effects .
