The Research Of Adjustable External Fixator Treatment Arm To The Distal Radial Fractures

Purpose: to compare bonesetting method combined with adjustable SUS 'robot with external fixator conservative therapy efficacy distinction.Method: for 60 cases male in distal radial fractures 18 cases, female 42 cases, age 45 - age 75, average 60. Randomly divided into trial group and control group, 30cases in each group, used respectively with adjustable SUS 'reconstructive gimmick.the external fixator treatment and conservative therapy, compare the two therapy efficacy.Result: 60 cases have been followed up, follow-up time 3 to 4 months, according to the clinical functional score standard: 20 cases "good 4.75%more optimal 6 cases, poor 86.3%; 4 cases, dykes Group B optimal 4 cases "good" in 7 cases 19, and poor; 76.9% dykes. Two groups by rank and inspection, efficacy significant difference (P < 0.01).Conclusion: adjustable external fixator single arm to treat distal radial fractures especially has obvious curative effect crushing fractures.
