| Objective: To evaluate the superiority of the curative effects in treating distal radius fractures by Internal fixation (T plate) and External fixator.Methods: 60 cases of distal radius fracture from 2007.3 to 2009.3 were classified into two groups. They were treated by Internal fixation (T plate)and External fixator respectively. The curative effects were detected according to the rating system of Dienst to evaluate the function of the wrist.Results: For the type of C3 distal radius fractures, it was no difference between internal fixation by T plate and external fixation by External fixator (P>0.05).Conclusions: For the type of C3 distal radius fractures, there are no clear gaps between the Internal fixation (T plate)and External fixator. |
