External Fixator And Small Splint For The Treatment Of Unstable Distal Radius Fracture Clinical Comparative Study

Objective:.Explore type external fixator for the treatment of unstable distalradius fracture method and clinical curative effect, and makes comparison with smallsplint external fixation treatment, the two methods for the treatment of unstable distalradius fractures of distal radius anatomy and evaluate the wrist joint function recoveryafter fracture healing.The results of the analysis, it is concluded that advantage oftreatment.Methods: Collected into the standard type of60cases of unstable distal radiusfractures, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, thetreatment group (using external fixation bracket),30cases in control group (withsmall splint external fixation),30cases respectively from imaging in palm Angle, footAngle, radial height recovery and wrist joint function recovery observation analysis.Results: Two groups of cases achieve bony healing.Two groups of patients withno statistical significance in gender and age information, comparable.In terms ofdistal radius anatomy, there was no significant difference in the two groups aftertreatment;In3months after treatment, the difference was statistically significant, thatthe treatment group is better than the control group.In the day and3months aftertreatment, the treatment group difference was statistically significant, the controlgroup had no significant difference.In terms of Cooney wrist function assessment,treatment group was90.0%, the control group was76.7%, there were significantdifferences in both groups, suggests that the treatment group is better than that ofcontrol group in terms of wrist joint function recovery.The nail treatment group in2cases of urinary infection,1case of stiff joints,2cases of screw loosening;In2casesof skin pressure ulcer,3cases of stiff joints,1case of limb blood supply, after symptomatic treatment are improving.Conclusion: Type external fixator for the treatment of unstable distal radiusfractures in anatomical distal radius and small splint fixation is obviously better thanthe wrist joint function recovery, worth clinical promotion.
