Objective:To compare the clinical treatment efficacy of internal fixationandexternal fixator combined with K-wire for AO-C2 type fracture of distal radius. Methods: Select 40 case of patients with AO-C2 type fracture of distal radius was treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017,they were divided into the external fixator combined with K-wire treatment group and internal fixation treatment group.16 cases in external fixator combined with K-wire treatment group and24 cases in internal fixation treatment group, all patients were followed up for 6-9 months, analyze two treatment groupsdata, compare the operative time, postoperative drainage, clinical healing time,Jakim effect of distal radius fracture, complications andtreatment satisfaction between these two groups. Results:the operative time and postoperative drainage in the external fixator combined with K-wire treatment group was lower(P?0.05);clinical healing time in the external fixator combined with K-wire treatment group was shorter(P?0.05);the complications was no statistical differencebetween two groups(p?0.05),treatment satisfaction rate was samein these two groups(P?0.05).Conclusion:For AO-C2 type fracture of distal radius, external fixator combined with K-wire and internal fixation had significant difference in postoperative recovery.the clinical healing time of external fixator combined with K-wire by manipulative reductionis fast, the operative time and postoperative drainageis few. Both surgical methods can achieve the same effect. |
