Mi Dissipate Heat Treatment Of Bet Types Of Cervical Columnar Epithelium Of Ectopic Clinical Observation

Objective:Through clinical observation of 32 cases of small samples to see the traditional Chinese medicine "Mi Xiao Powder" in the treatment of cervicitis (damp invasion of lower energizer), providing more information for clinical medication.Methods:The object of the investigation that was consistent with the standard of the traditional Chinese medicine of the leukorrhagia with type of damp invasion of lower energizer stasis, meanwhile, also was consistent with the standard of cervicitis by western doctor. Divided two groups in random, one group was set to take the medicine of Mi Xiao Powder.And eliminating stasis, the other group was set to take the medicine of the policresulen suppository.To observe the synthetic curative effect,colp-clearing grade,the score of the traditional Chinese physician symptom, then to evaluate the validity of the Mi Xiao Powder. Statistical methods:We used X2 test for the classify data, used Wilcoxon rank sum test for the ranked data, used t test or Wilcoxon rank sum test to test two speclmen mean and used t test or Wilcoxon rank sum test or test to compare self-comparison, While the ranked data had been tested by Ridit test analysis.Results:Finally, there were 32 cases which have been met the exclusion criteria in the analysis, the Mi Xiao Powder treatment group have 20 cases and the policresulen suppository control group have 12 cases. The two groups were no significant difference(P>0.05) in age, course of disease, illness grade,the average Chinese medicine treatment syndrome points, Chinese individual symptoms(the minor), the sub and type of cervical erosion, colp-clearing grade, were comparable. According to the conclusion of the clinical treatment, the vaginal secretion cleanliness,in the size of cervical erosion surface and the score of the traditional Chinese physician symptom, there was statistical difference between two groups, which indicating that it has significant effect for treating cervicitis. According to the clinical symptom, the integral of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome penthemeron were improved in both group, while the treatment group unusual colors of leucorrhea, lumbar falling flu distention, contact bleeding symptoms after treatment significantly improved, it was indicated that has significant effect in treatment group. According to the relapse rate, Mi Xiao Powder group was 1/7, while control group was 1/2,there were no significant difference(P>0.05). According to curative effect assessment, the erosive effects of Mi Xiao Powder was associated with the size of cervical erosion surface and the degree of inflammation, the smaller the area, the effect of the better; the more severe, the effect of the worse. The lumbar falling flu distention and contact bleeding symptoms have relationship with severity of disease (P<0.05). The curative effect wasn't correlated with the age and course of disease. Mi Xiao Powder had no harmful reaction, and it was safe in the course of clinical application. ConclusionAfter treatment it was found that Mi Xiao Powder had its unique advantages in decreasing the colp-clearing grade,improving clinical symptoms, decreasing the size of cervical erosion surface.
