Obejective:Objective evaluation on the therapeutic effect of Yi sheng yin to the side-effects of endocrine therapy that premenopausal breast-cancer patients received.Method:60 premenopausal patients with breast-cancer were stochastically divided into the experimental group and the control group.30 patients in experimental group took Yi sheng yin orally based on the endocrine therapy of tamoxifen, other 30 patients in control group adopt the endocrine therapy of tamoxifen only.20 days is a course of treatment. Observe the two groups about clinical symptoms before and after treatment.Results:After treatmeant, a significant difference was found in clinical symptoms such as tidal fever with sweating, insomnia, wakefulness, depression and suspicion, dizziness, fatigue and weak, palpitation, etc. from those before treatment in experimental group(P<0.01), The total effective rate was 86.67%. Kupperman scores of the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01). It shows that Yi sheng yin can obviously improve clinical symptoms of quasi-perimenopause syndrome, which were caused by the endocrine therapy that premenopausal breast-cancer patients received. And KPS scores of the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),which shows that Yi sheng yin can distinctly enhance the quality of those patients' lives.Conclusion:Yi sheng yin has good effect on the side-effects of endocrine therapy that premenopausal breast-cancer patients received. It has the important value in clinical applications.
