| Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of chronic constipation by randomized controlled clinical study,to verify the clinical advantages of acupuncture in the treatment of chronic constipation, and to establish the optimal scheme for the future clinical treatment.Methods:72 patients with chronic constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.36 cases in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture and36 cases in the control group were treated with routine acupuncture.Once a day,30 minutes once a day,10 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses. After 2 courses of treatment, the changes of weekly defecation times, symptom checklist scale(SCL-90)and quality of life self-rating scale(QOL)of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. The difference of curative effect between the two groups was compared.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,sex and course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05);2.Before and after treatment, the frequency of weekly defecation, symptom Checklist(PAC-SYM)and quality of Life self-rating scale(PAC-QOL)were significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05);3.After treatment, there was no significant difference in the frequency of defecation between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was a significant difference between symptom Checklist(PAC-SYM)and self-rating quality of Life(PAC-QOL)(P < 0.05);4.Curative effect: the total effective rate was 90.91% in the treatment group and74.19% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:This study shows that acupuncture of Qijie bone and routine acupuncture have certain curative effect in the treatment of chronic constipation, but the curative effect of acupuncture is better than that of conventional acupuncture.Acupuncture of seven knots is superior to routine acupuncture in improving the clinical symptoms and quality of life ofpatients with chronic constipation, and the effect of acupuncture on improving the number of defecation in patients with chronic constipation is similar to that of routine acupuncture.Compared with conventional acupuncture, acupuncture of Qijie bone is simple and easy to operate, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
