The Effective Compares ChaiLingTangJiaJianFang With Shenyan Kangfu Pian To Treat The Syndrome Of Dampness-heat Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Objective:this study is based on my perfosser Feng Songjie's ChaiLingTangJiaJianFang which used to treat chronic glomerulonephritis in recent years. In this paper, I will compare it with the Shenyan Kangfu Pian, and discuss both sides of the effct of treating chronic glomerulonephritis therapeutic.Methods: select 46 patients with syndrome of dampness-heat of Chronic glomerulonephritis,and divided them into two groups A and B randomly, each group contains 23 cases. Group A is treated by basic therapy + ChaiLingTangJiaJianFang. Group B is treated by basic therapy + Shenyan Kangfu Pian. Make 4 weeks for one period of treatment, and observe the effect of the two treatment. The primary outcome for main symptoms and signs before and after treatment including routine urine,24-hour urinary protein quantitative and renal funct ion.Results:(1) Patients from Group A after treatment, there was a obvious remission of clinical signs and symptoms, with the total effective rate of 91%, including significant efficiency for 48%. Patients form Group B after treatment, clinical signs and symptoms also ameliorated with the total effective rate of 83%, including significant efficiency is 21%. Both of the two methods have no significant difference in improving waist ache, tired fatigue, bloated, food less. Group A and B is compared between bloated, skin furuncle, Urine color deeply was significant difference in that group A of syndrome of dampness-heat improve is superior to the group B. (2)Both of the two methods do effect of treating proteinuria,while Group A has a better therapeutic effect of the quantitative aspects of proteinuria.(3) Both of the two methods can effectively decrease the level of BUN and Scr.Conclusion:Two methods do effect to treat the syndrome of dampness-heat of chronic glomerulonephritis,while the total effective rate of ChaiLingTangJiaJianFang to treat chronic glomerulonephritis with the syndrome of dampness-heat is obviously superior to ChaiLingTangJiaJianFang.Through the comparison of proteinuria and the the syndrome of dampness-heat,ChaiLingTangJiaJianFang has a better therapeutic effect than Shenyan Kangfu Pian in a certain extent.
