A Study On The Medicaid About The Urban Poor People Based On System Dynamics

Objective:Depend on the analysis of the current urban poor medical treatment system, know the operation of urban poor medical aid system of complex structure evolution process and the main body behavior characteristic of system. the key point is adjusted to solve the existing problems, so that the operation of the system be more optimization.Methods:Depend on the related literature and consulting relevant experts, thus understanding the present existing urban poverty population, according to the complex medical relief system related systems theory and SD modeling technology to get a conceptual model, logical model. Then extracted with flow rate basic into tree modeling method of each subsystem construction system dynamics model of each subsystem, finally dynamic model and integration into the urban poor medical treatment system, then use the system dynamics model VENSIM software is simulated and analyzed and intervention, we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate to system at last.Results:Define the urban poor medical treatment, analyze the system boundary composition and structure, constructed the concept model based on system dynamics method of urban poor medical relief system, the logical model, and system dynamics model. Each branch of causality diagram system and the total system is given, flow diagram of causality diagram and flow chart. VENSIM software is used to system to adjust the key points to tackle the problem, and pass the system targeted and feasibility evaluation.Policy recommendations:Perfect financing mechanism and increase the fund-raising efforts to improve the urban poor medical relief fund amount; Improve the urban poor to choice community hospital outpatient service; Reduce the urban poor to choose outpatient and comprehensive hospital; use health knowledge education for the urban poor to keep healthy; Control the urban poverty population accounts for the proportion of urban population.
