BBG particles low, medium and high dose group bone mineral density compared with the model group increased, in which BBG and high dose groups were significantly different (P<0.05, P<0.01).2, the serum biochemical parameters:the model group serum calcium, phosphorus content was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05), alkaline phosphatase, hydroxyproline content was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01). BBG low, medium and high dose groups compared with model group, serum calcium levels increased, alkaline phosphatase decreased with the model group, in which middle and high dose groups were significantly different (P<0.05, P< 0.01). BBG low, medium and high dose groups compared with the model phosphorus content increased hydroxyproline content compared with the model group decreased, the high dose group were significantly different (P<0.05).3, urine biochemical indicators:model group, the calcium and urine phosphorus were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). BBG low, medium and high dose group calcium, urinary phosphorus decreased compared with the model, in which high-dose group were significantly different (P<0.05, P<0.01).4, serum metabolic parameters:the model group of calcitonin (CT) and estradiol (E2) were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01). BBG low, medium and high dose groups compared with the model group increased content, including calcitonin (CT) content, the high dose group and model group were significantly different (P<0.05, P<0.01), estradiol alcohol (E2) content is low, medium and high dose group and model group were significantly different (P <0.01). Model group, osteocalcin (BGP) content compared with the control group no difference. BBG low, medium and high dose group osteocalcin (BGP) content, compared with the model group were also no significant difference.5, the microcirculation index:30 minutes after modeling:BBG dose group and three particles Gusongbao group of cross-points were increased capillary network, in which BBG, high-dose group compared with the control group significant difference (P<0.05); BBG dose group and three particles Gusongbao group to speed the blood, compared with the control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05, P<0.01); control group no significant improvement in blood flow, each dose group of BBG and blood flow Gusongbao group points down, indicating that the role of the state to improve blood flow.Conclusions:BBG have the following effects:1. BBG can improve the ovariectomized rat model of bone mineral density, elevated serum calcium, phosphorus and reduce the calcium and phosphorus from the urine, elevated serum calcitonin and estradiol levels, and thus play an increased bone mass To improve the role of osteoporosis;2.
