Background:As the world continues to increase average life expectancy and the aging society, Osteoporosis (Osteoporosis, OP) and osteoporotic fractures have become a global public health problem, and they attracted the attention of the medical profession. According to the report of IOF (International Osteoporosis Foundation) the world has reached 200 million OP patients. So, how do early prevention and effective in preventing osteoporotic fractures have important practical significance. Objective:Study physical therapy on postmenopausal osteoporosis, bone mineral density and biochemical parameters, objective evaluation of the effect of physical therapy for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis, provide the basis for campaigns for the clinical treatment of osteoporosis prevention after menopause. Methods:Select 70 patients who met the study requirements from Jiangsu provincial hospital authority’s osteoporosis specialist clinic, randomly divided into alendronate group (control group) and alendronate plus exercise therapy group (treatment group). Batches of treated patients church Taijiquan and Wu Qin Xi, and make a detailed mission for movement and exercise. All patients were oral medications (Fosamax 70mg, once a week, Caltrate D 600mg, once daily, Al Fahidi three 0.25μg, once daily). patients were observed before and after treatment II-IV vertebral and femoral neck BMD, BMC, blood indicators (calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, parathyroid hormone, calcitonin, serum tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b and serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D). Research period of one year, and make a determination of outcome measures, At the beginning and end of the subject. During the study of the subject on a regular basis in patients with telephone follow-up, and urge them to participate in sports and take medication on time, Timely resolution of issues related to their experience in the research process, to minimize the case fall off.Results:① BMD change:After treatment, lumbar spine, femoral neck BMD, BMC both have increased,But the treatment group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),Control group was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).Between the two groups, after treatment, lumbar spine BMD, BMC, femoral neck BMD increased compared with the control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05),Treatment of femoral neck BMC group and control group was not statistically significant.② Blood Indexes:After treatment, the content of Ca for the treatment group and the control group were increased compared before treatment, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), however, no significant difference between the groups; The content of P for the treatment group and the control group were increased compared before treatment, But only the treatment group was statistically significant (P<0.05), the control group was not statistically significant, Between comparison groups, Treatment group is better than the control group, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After treatment the content of Alp both decreased, CT levels both were increased, PTH both decreased, But the difference was not statistically significant; After treatment TRAP-5b levels were both decreased, Differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), Treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05); After treatment, 1,25-(OH) 2D3 levels were both increased for two groups, there are differences in the treatment group increased significantly (P<0.05),There was no significant increase in the control group (P> 0.05),Treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: ① Alendronate plus exercise therapy group (treatment group) and Alendronate alone (control group) can increase bone density and bone mineral content in patients with osteoporosis blood biochemical indicators have improved. ② Exercise and drugs in combination is an effective means of treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis, its effective is better than drug treatment alone.
