Study On Variation Of Syndrome Elements About Rheumatoid Arthritis Treated With Tong-Bi Decoction

Objective:Using cross-sectional analysis,combined with four diagnostic standardized collection, syndrome differentiation of Syndrome Elements and other methods to detect characteristics and variations of Syndrome Elements on rheumatoid arthritis before and after Tong-Bi decoction treatment,in order to provide a more objective support for the clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation for the rheumatoid arthritis,meanwhile,we can analyze th(?) properties of syndromes before and after treatment with Tong-Bi Decoction, for providing the basis for addition and subtraction of Tong-Bi Decoction therapy, to improve the effectiveness of it(?) treatment for rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Select 30 outpatients visited our rheumatology department of Second People's Hospital of Fujian Province from 2010.03.01 to 2010.12.31, whom are diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis and differentiated into blockage due to cold-dampness, as the study subjects.Through lasted 3 months treatment with oral medicine decoction Tong-Bi Decoction, we collect "Measure Tables on Identification about Individual Syndrome Elements of Health Status" before and after treatment. Then applying a new method of syndrome differentiation of Syndrome Elements with "KY3H identification-assessment-intervention system of Syndrome Elements", we can figure ou(?) all data; integral of Syndrome Elements. Putting all the data into SPSS13.0 software and using statistical description, we can draw the characteristics and law of syndromes before and after treating RA with Tong-Bi Decoction.Results:The distribution of Syndrome Elements of rheumatoid arthritis patients who belong t(?) blockage due to cold-dampness before treating main in the cold, dampness, muscle and bone, Yan(?) deficiency, which dominating the respective proportions of 23.3%,20.2%,23.3%,21.7%;after the treatment with Tong-Bi Decoction, the main distribution of Syndrome Elements changes into Yang deficiency, accounting for 32.1%,followed by cold, dampness, muscle and bone, Qi deficiency(?) respectively, dominating the respective proportions of 21.4%,20.2%,11.9%,11.9%; the integral o(?) Syndrome Elements contained cold, dampness, muscle and bone shows a very significant difference (p<0.01) before and after treatment, whether the integral of Qi deficiency shows a significan(?) difference (p<0.05);however the integral of Yang deficiency which dominated the larger the proportion before treatment don't show any differences compared with the later treatment. (p> 0.05).Conclusions:The most patients of blockage due to cold-dampness with rheumatoid arthriti(?) exists the pathological changes of Yang deficiency; Tong-Bi Decoction has a great effect in patients with rheumatoid arthritis who belong to blockage due to cold-dampness; the curative effect of Tong-Bi Decoction in treating those patients with rheumatoid arthritis who exist pathological state of Yang deficiency was not obvious.
