The Clinical Research Of Tong Luo Zhi Tong Decoction Therapy On Active Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:In this paper,the clinical effect of "tong luo zhi tong decoction " combined with western medicine foundation treatment and comparison with the treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)was observed.Observed before and after treatment in group of symptoms,signs,andbloodsedimentation(Erythrocytesedimentationrate,the ESR),C-reactive protein(C-reactive protein,CRP)numerical changes,to evaluate the effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of RA and its safety.Methods:which is based on the hospital of Shanxi Province,from the department of rheumatology outpatient and the inpatient collecting cases,for the tests would be consistent with the test standard of 60 patients with RA,using the random number table method,divided into control group and treatment group 30 cases each.The former is to take oral diclofenac sodium bilofenac capsule and to fluoromide tablets,the latter is based on the former to take traditional Chinese medicine decoction "tongluo zhi tong decoction ".A course of 8 weeks,respectively on two groups before and after treatment of clinical signs and symptoms score and TCM symptoms of acquisition of classification of quantitative table score and detection of serum inflammatory index change of the ESR and CRP,statistical analysis,the results of two groups of patients and to explore the curative effect.Results: TCM symptom classifying quantitative table score comparison:before the treatment is no statistical difference(P>0.05),compared the significant difference between groups after treatment(P<0.05),group comparison before and after the treatment has a very significant difference(P<0.01),the two groups after treatment of TCM symptom classifying quantization score less than before the treatment,and the treatment group decreased more significantly;Clinical signs and symptoms score comparison:the two groups before treatment the clinical signs and symptoms score is no statistical difference(P>0.05),compared the significant difference between groups after treatment(P<0.05),in the two groups before and after treatment group with very significant difference(P<0.01),the two groups after treatment,clinical symptoms and signs scores were lower than before the treatment,and the treatment group decreased more significantly;ESR comparison:there was no statistical difference in serum ESR level before treatment(P>0.05).ESR levelsbetween groups after treatment compared with significant difference(P<0.05),two groups of ESR levels before and after the treatment group with very significant difference(P<0.01),two groups of ESR levels are lower than before treatment,after treatment and the treatment group was obviously lower than the control group.CRP comparison:two groups before treatment CRP is no statistical difference(P>0.05),the comparison between the two groups after treatment group had significant difference(P<0.05),serum CRP level of the two groups after treatment group with very significant difference(P<0.01),the CRP level of the two groups after treatment than before treatment,the treatment group reduced more obviously;Total effective comparison:the treatment group(93.33%)and the control group(83.33%)showed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Two groups of treatment process before,during and after respectively to observe the blood routine,liver and kidney function,feces routine and occult blood test,at the same time pay attention to their medication during the presence of stomach pain,abdominal pain,flustered,rash,bloody wait for a phenomenon,the results were not found obvious abnormality..Conclusion:The two groups had obvious effects in improving the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients,reducing the inflammatory markers in the serum,ESR and CRP,but the effect of "tong luozhi tong decoction" combined with western medicine group was more obvious.
