Gsz Decoction Regulation Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Susceptibility Genes In Transgenic Mice

Objective: To study sensitivity and regulation of the impressionable genes of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) treated with the classical formula of Cinnamon Twig, Peony, Anemarrhena Decoction (gui zhi shao yao zhi mu tang) and to explore the action mechanism of the formula curing RA and maintaining the immune stability.Methods: 36 mouses positively RA-transgenic were randomly divided into model group (A group), traditional Chinese drug-treated group (B group) and modern medicine-treated group (C group) while 36 negatively RA-transgenic were randomly divided into A' group, B' group and C group, each group with 12. traditional Chinese drug-treated group was treated with Cinnamon Twig, Peony, Anemarrhena Decoction once a day for 6 weeks, model group with equal quantity of distilled water once a day for 6 weeks and modern medicine-treated group with MTX aqueous solution once a day for 6 weeks, observing the influence of the formula on CIA mouse.Results: Inflammation in joint of limbs twig is earlier and more serious in the mouse positively RA-transgenic than the mouse negatively RA-transgenic, indicating the high successful...
