Clinical Research On The Granules Of Xin Bi Tong Ling Treating Cold-warm Bi Syndrome Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:To observe the clinical effects about the granules of Xin Bi Tong Ling on treating cold-warm Bi syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Take30patients who were accord with cold-warm Bi syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis averagely into two groups.The control group were treated by MTX and meloxicam according to the plan.The treatment group were treated by both MTX, meloxicam and the granules of Xin Bi Tong Ling.Three months for a course of the treatment. To observe the patients’main symptoms including tender joint count and level, swollen joint count and level, morning stiffness as well as RF,CRP,ESRand Ig before and after the treatment.Results:(1)The main symptoms:The differences before and after the treatment in tender joint index, swollen joint index, morning stiffness were all with highly statistical significance (p<0.01).The differences of the differences in these aspects between the treatment group and control group were all with statistical significance (p<0.05).(2) Blood-lipid levels:The differences before and after the treatment in RF,CRP,ESR all had highly statistical significance (p<0.01). The differences of the differences in these aspects between the treatment group and control group were all with statistical significance (p<0.05).(3) Blood-lipid levels:The differences before and after the treatment in the level of Ig all had highly statistical significance (p<0.01). The differences of the differences in the aspects of IgG and IgM between the treatment group and control group were with statistical significance (p <0.05),while there was no statistical significance in the aspect of IgA(p>0.05).(4) Security Analysis:The review of liver and kidney after the treatment of30patients had no abnormal function,suggesting that the clinical application of drug safety is good.Conclusion:The granules of Xin Bi Tong Ling can reduce the clinical symptoms in patients with rheumatoid arthritis obviously,so that it can improve the quality of life of these people. At the same time,it can ameliorate the patients’blood sedimentation including rheumatoid factor, c-reactive protein,immunoglobulin,indicating that the treatment by the granules of Xin Bi Tong Ling have certain curative effect,and will have good clinical application.
