Objective:To explore the rules of syndrome elements of mixed hemorrhoid, providing services for the basic research of syndromes of the mixed hemorrhoid, and the clinical prevention, diagnoses and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Through clinical investigation, using the dialectical method of syndromes elements to research the distribution and conbination rules of syndrome elements of mixed hemorrhoid on 120 patients,which are incorporated in standard with common elements.Results:1. In this study of mixed hemorrhoid patients, factors related to diet count 62.5% as the most, followed by fatigue, accounting for 19.2%.2.In this study, we can summarize 63 symptoms in mixed hemorrhoid patients finally, the main symptoms in which are prolapse, blood in the stool, dry stool, urine red, irritability and so on.3.In this research of mixed hemorrhoid patients,the disease syndrome elements of mixed hemorrhoid locate mainly in large intestine and anus;the main disease nature syndrome elements are heat,humidity;the heat of the large intestine syndrome is the most common syndrome-type of mixed hemorrhoid.4.In this distribution of the disease nature syndrome elements, the main disease nature syndrome elements are heat,humidity, followed by deficiency of Yin,body fluid loss and dryness; qi stagnation and phlegm are secondary and mild lesions.Conclusion:In the study of mixed hemorrhoid patients,the disease syndrome elements of mixed hemorrhoid locate mainly in large intestine and anus;the main disease nature syndrome elements are heat,moist;the heat of the large intestine syndrome is the most common syndrome-type of mixed hemorrhoid.
