Study On The Clinical Application And Mechanism Of "Yi-shu-tiao-shu" Method In The Treatment Of Patients With Functional Dyspepsia

Objective:This study through the "yi-shu-tiao-shu" method,respectively,for functional dyspepsia(functional dyspepsia,FD)four different syndrome types of the treatment of patients,observe its clinical symptoms in patients with FD integral,average efficiency index,gastrointestinal hormone,the change of gastric electric rhythm and infrared skin temperature,confirmed that "yi-shu-tiao-shu" the effectiveness of the method in the treatment of FD patients,and preliminary in this paper,the mechanism of them.Methods: Choice in liuzhou city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine spleen and stomach disease outpatient and the inpatient of FD patients,included in the definite diagnosis standard of 360 cases with Stagnation of Liver Qi type,Liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type,Spleen-deficient phlegm-dampness type,cold-heat conplicated type,in a word,not all the 90 cases,90 patients of the same kind of this syndrome were randomly divided into "yi-shu-tiao-shu"(hereinafter referred to as the treatment group),30 cases of treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases of western medicine,Chinese medicine control group.The treatment group of Stagnation of Liver Qi type choose back shu acupuncture,Chinese medicine group choose radix bupleuri liver powder,The treatment group of Liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type choose back yu pointer therapy,Chinese medicine group choose definite technique taking pills to add and subtract,The treatment group of Spleen-deficient phlegm-dampness type choose back shu drugcupping therapy,Chinese traditional medicine group chooses six gentlemen tonga subtraction taking Chen Xia,The treatment group of cold-heat conplicated type choose back shu buried mixed line therapy,Chinese medicine group choose this decoction tonga subtraction taking heart,western medicine group selects the four kind of this syndrome moser oral,dispersible tablet,a course of 4 weeks.The changes of main clinical symptom score,average efficiency index,gastrointestinal hormone,gastric electric rhythm index and skin temperature of both vessels were observed before and after the treatment of the four syndromes.All data were collected and statistically analyzed.Results:(1)After treatment,liver depression and qi in the treatment group,the average curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group index were 90.0%,75.9%,55.2%,change the type of treatment group,the average curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group index were 93.1%,73.3%,56.7%,phlegmy wet pixu(spleen deficient)in the treatment group,the average curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group index were 93.3%,75.9%,60.0%,type in a word,not in the treatment group,the average curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group index were 93.3%,83.3%,50.0%,There were significant differences among the four types of syndromes(P<0.01).(2)After treatment,the symptoms of early satiety,epigastric ruffian fullness,sodium retention and epigastric burning of patients in the treatment group of the four syndromes were effectively improved,which was significantly different from the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05).In all the four types of syndromes,the treatment group could effectively increase the main frequency,increase the amplitude and reduce the disturbance coefficient of the electrogastric rhythm,which was significantly different from the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05).The treatment group of the four syndromes could effectively improve the plasma motilin and serum gastrin levels of the patients,which was significantly different from the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05).The levels of cholecystokinin and plasma vasoactive enteropeptide in the patients were significantly lower than those in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05).All the four types of medium treatment groups could effectively reduce the temperature of ren mai PI and increase the temperature of du mai PI,which was significantly different from the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Treating FD with "yi-shu-tiao-shu" can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients.The mechanism lies in that it ACTS on the back shu point and restores the opening and closing of the two arteries of ren and du by regulating the hub of spleen and stomach functions.The key to improve the clinical efficacy of FD is to choose the superior external treatment principle through syndrome differentiation,which is worthy of further research and clinical application.
