| Objective: This study aims to observe the clinical effect of pinggantongluo manipulation in treating migraine of liver-yang hyperactivity.And reveals the mechanism of pinggantongluo manipulation in treating migraine of liver-yang hyperactivity.Method: 60 patients,who suffered from migraine of liver-yang hyperactivity,were divided into two groups at random,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group,The single blind method was applied.The treatment group were treated every other day,30min once,15 days as a therapeutic cycle.And the control group by oral administration of Zhengtian pill,6 grams each time,thrice daily,15 days as a therapeutic cycle. Before and after treatment clinical symptoms and functional score was used to compare the two groups.Result:The total effective rate is 93.33% in the tuina group,while 83.33% in the medicine group,and there is a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).The tuina group's improvement of the clinical symptoms are better than the medicine group(P<0.05).The tuina group has no side effect.Pain scores of the tuina group are significantly higher than the medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion : Tuina Therapy has curative effete,without side effect,and lower recurrence rate for migraine,and being easy to be accepted by patients,it is worth advocating to be applied. |
