Clinical Study On Treatment Of Migraine With Hyperactivity Of Liver Yang By Means Of “Ping Wan Li Zhi Acupuncture Manipulation”

Objective To study "ping wan li zhi acupuncture manipulation" treatment of migraine with hyperactivity of liver Yang,to provide a new acupuncture therapy for the treatment of migraine with hyperactivity of liver Yang.Methods Selecting 60 effective cases accorded with the standard of migraine with hyperactivity of liver Yang.According to the random number table method,which was divided into " treatment group" and "control group".each group was 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with " ping wan li zhi acupuncture method",taking Baihui,Yintang,Taiyang,Fengchi,Yanglingquan,Sizhukong,Shuaigu,Hegu,Taichong,Taixi as main point of treatment;The control group was treated with aspirin.The course : 3 times a week,12 times for a course of treatment,a total of 28 days.The "VAS score","number of headache attacks","headache duration","headache index" and " Mean blood flow velocity of Anterior cerebral artery(ACA),middle cerebral artery(MCA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA),vertebral artery(VA)and basilar artery(BA)detected by TCD " were as the indicators of the recent treatment.After 3 months of treatment,telephone follow-up was used to record and observe the time effect and long term outcome of “patients' seizure frequency score”,“headache duration score”,“visual analogue scale(VAS)”.After the end of treatment,the data of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and make short-term and long-term efficacy evaluation.Results(1)At the end of the course of treatment,the "VAS score scale","headache duration score","headache attack score","headache index" and the mean flow rates of "MCA,ACA,PCA,VA,BA" were improved in the treatment group and the control group,and thedifference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P <0.05).(2)3 months after the end of the treatment,the "VAS score scale","headache frequency",were improved in the treatment group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P <0.05).The "headache duration score" were improved in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),while there was no significant difference in the "headache duration score" of the control group compared with that before the treatment(P> 0.05),but there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05).The two treatment methods were effective in improving the "headache index" of migraine patients,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).(3)Clinical efficacy: Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups after treatment showed that,the total efficiency of treatment group was 90%,the effective rate was 66.67%;and in the control group,the total effective rate was 83.33%,the effective rate was 50%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05);Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups 3 months after the end of the treatment showed that,the total efficiency of treatment group was 83.33%,the effective rate was 53.33%;and in the control group,the total effective rate was 70.00%,and the effective rate was 26.67%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion In this study,“ping wan li zhi acupuncture therapy” can improve the average flow rate of "MCA,ACA,PCA,VA,BA","VAS score","headache duration","headache episodes ",and " headache index " in patients with migraine headache,but "ping wan li zhi acupuncture manipulation" was superior to oral aspirin.3 months after the end of treatment,the "VAS score scale","headache duration score","headache attack score" and "headache index" were improved in the treatment group,and the "VAS score scale","headache attack score" and "headache index" were improved in the control group,and "ping wan li zhi acupuncture manipulation" was superior to oral aspirin in the aspect of "headache episodes","headache duration" and "visual analogue scale(VAS)".Through this topic research to provide a new reliable curative effect for the clinical acupuncture treatment of migraine with hyperactivity of liver Yang.
