Clinical Study On Zishen Tiaogan Decoction Affect Quality Of Life Of Pmenopausal Syndrome Patients

Object: This research is to introduce the live quality scale to the chinese medicine treatment of menopausal syndrome in effect assessment system, discuss zishen Tiaogan decoction in the treatment of kidney Yin deficiency syndrome menopausal transition to the menopausal transition syndrome, the influence on the quality of survival to Chinese medicine treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and improve the quality of life of patients and make useful exploration.Method: 1. To meet the inclusion criteria of kidney Yin deficiency symptoms menopausal transition, 64 cases of AIDS in Chinese medicine treatment of zishen Tiaogan decoction, Chinese traditional medicine daily 1 day one time 2. To score evaluation questionnaire statistical processing, before and after the treatment of patients in living quality menopausal transition, score twice before and after to compare; Simultaneously monitor before and after treatment level of serum E2 and FSH changes. Results: After eight weeks of zishen Tiaogan decoction treatment, the patient survival quality scale scores and four dimensions are down significantly, a score was significantly improve before treatment (P<0.01), especially aso-motor symptoms, explain after treatment quality of survival in patients with increased significantly; After treatment, significantly higher level E2 and down level FSH before and after the treatment significantly, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: zishen Tiaogan decoction can improve perimenopausal women serum E2 levels of sex hormones, decreased serum FSH levels, significantly improving the quality of life of patients, so it is the effective herbs treatment for climacteric syndrome.
