A Research On The Effects Of QingXin ZiShen Decoction Adjusting Serum Neurokinin B And Hormone In Menopausal Hot Flushes And Sweating Patients

Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of Qingxin Zishen decoction in the treatment of menopausal hot flushes and sweating,and by monitoring content change of serum neurokinin B,E2,LH and FSH,to clear the effect of Qingxin Zishen decoction adjusting serum neurokinin B and hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis (HPO axis),to expound the core status of "Qingxin"on treating menopausal syndrome,to discuss the mechanism of Qingxin Zishen decoction improving hot flushes and sweating and to further enrich the theory of traditional chinese medicine,and hopefully develop targeted and less side effected drugs treatment for hot flushes and sweating.Methods:In May 2015 to February 2016 in Jiangsu province, Chinese medicine gynecology for menopausal hot flushes and sweating in patients with the diagnosis standard of 30 cases,by continuously taking Qingxin Zishen decoction for three months,adopt their own before-and-after design method of clinical,to observe content change of serum neurokinin B,E2,LH and FSH and change of improved Kupperman perimenopausal symptoms rating scale score(KMI)and hot flushes and sweating score and the number of hot flushes and sweating of patients with preoperative and postoperative.Results:(1)The clinical effect:Clinical control 1 cases,accounting for 3.33%; Powerfully 6 cases, accounting for 20.00%; Effective 21 cases, accounting for 70.00%; Invalid 2 cases,accounting for 6.67%;total effective rate was 93.33%.(2)Serum hormone levels:After taking medicine,compared with preoperative serum FSH declined(P<0.05);serum E2,LH,though no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),but after taking medicine serum E2 is on the rise,LH values are down a bit.The results may be related to smaller sample size and short observational time of this topic,but the change of serum hormone levels call QingXin ZiShen decoction could modify the HPO axis.(3)Serum NKB levels:After taking medicine,compared with preoperative serum NKB declined,and has significant difference(P<0.05).NKB is the origin of hot flushes and by these results could postulate QingXin ZiShen decoction maybe by reducing the level of NKB to ease the symptoms of hot flushes and sweating.(4)KMI and hot flushes and sweating score:After taking medicine,compared with preoperative the KMI and hot flushes and sweating score decrease(P<0.05),suggesting QingXin ZiShen decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of menopausal,and can significantly improve the symptoms of hot flushes and sweating.(5)The number of hot flushes and sweating:After taking medicine,compared with preoperative the number of hot flushes and sweating decrease(P<0.05),further suggesting Qing Xin Zi Shen decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of hot flushes and sweating.Conclusion:QingXin ZiShen decoction can improve serum hormone levels of menopausal patients with hot flushes and sweating,effectively improve the symptoms of hot flushes and sweating and reduce serum NKB.NKB is the origin of hot flushes,so we could postulate Qing Xin Zi Shen decoction maybe by reducing the level of NKB to ease the symptoms of hot flushes and sweating.
