Study On Forest Legal System During The Republic Of China

The period of the republic of China is a special time of social transition which serve as a link between past and future, so a lot of aspects of this period, especially Complete Volume of Six Chinese Laws become focus of study. But Forest Law, on the other hand, is an exception. Based on careful and serious study, I find that the Forest Law of the Republic of China period is very completed, it not only include basic laws, but also a lot of specific department regulations, which worth further and thorough study. The study will be of great help for the present forest law of the P.R.China.
