Research On The Establishment Of Security Forests Along The Wei In Guanzhong In The Republic Of China (1928-1937)

Nowadays,environmental issues are increasingly widely concerned by people from all walks of life.The rise of environmental history is a true reflection of the academic community's response to the real environmental problems.To explore the relationship between human beings and the environment has become the inevitable orientation of the study of environmental history,and forestry as the main body is an inescapable topic at the intersection of human and environmental.During the period of national government,under the interweaving of war and disaster,the afforestation along the Weihe River was paid attention to by all walks of life in Shaanxi Province.The thesis is intended to take the background,system design,publicity and mobilization,tree planting and performance evaluation as the main line,and the profile data collected in Shaanxi Forest Bureau and "Shanxi Forest News","Xijing Daily","Northwest Culture Daily" and other newspaper materials as the basis,to reveal the complex process along the afforestation.The natural environment along the Weihe River is suitable for afforestation,the state of bottlemland needs afforestation.The spread of forest knowledge during the Republic of China has deepened the understanding of forest and forestry from all walks of life.In the National Government and Shaanxi Province from all walks of life advocacy and support,the afforestation can be carried out and implemented.On the basis of examining the actual situation in the region,the Shaanxi provincial government formulate policies and regulations,set up forestry organizations,allocated forest personnel,allocated funds for afforestation,and provided a good institutional basis for the implementation of afforestation along the Weihe River.In order to promote the progress of afforestation along the way,the Shaanxi provincial government has actively carried out afforestation publicity by means of special festivals,establishing forestry organizations,persuasion and incentives.However,due to the influence of the people's intellectual level and other reasons,the publicity work along the afforestation has not achieved the desired effect.Due to the beach land right chaos,Shaanxi provincial government neaten the beach firstly,in the process of the recovery of the beach encountered greater resistance,the results are not significant.The organized beach land,through the lease and recruitment and other means,combined with time and agricultural leisure to finish afforestation.In the process of afforestation,Shaanxi people from all walks of life in the protection of trees have also made a lot of efforts.Along the three different stages of afforestation,the achievements of afforestation show different conditions.The effect of afforestation along the period of the Republic of China is influenced by the development of the northwest background by the national government,the unique social situation of Shaanxi and many other factors.Therefore,only by placing it under the background of the war and disaster in Shaanxi,China,can we evaluate its effectiveness objectively and accurately.With the joint efforts of all parties,certain results have been achieved along the line of afforestation.However,it is undeniable that the effectiveness of afforestation along the forest is limited under the combined influence of climate,disasters,political situation and institutions.In short,in the process of afforestation along the Weihe River,from the improvement of the forestry system,to publicity mobilization,to the implementation of protection,all reflect the complex process of the afforestation along Weihe River.In this complex situation,the limited achievement is not only the embodiment of the national government's limited policy preferences,but also the "instability" of the social environment in the period of the Republic of China.At the same time,along the process of afforestation reflects the economic and environmental benefits between the"successive transfer."
