| Automatic ceramic press is one of the key equipments in production line. Its performance is directly related to the quality of the product and production efficiency. The principal machine and electric-hydraulic control system decide the performance of the ceramic press. The electric-hydraulic control system is one of the key technologies on ceramic press. But the large flow proportional throttle valve of the electric-hydraulic control system is basically relyed on the foreign import now. So the research of the valve can fill the gap and making it localization has a great significance.In this paper, compared with Rexroth,Eaton Vickers's similar product, make a structure which is using the proportional three-way valve as a pilot valve and main stage with displacement electricity feedback.Then design the pilot valve and main parameters of the main valve, and simulate the factors which effect the dynamic characteristic by using ASMEsim. On the basis of the simulation, optimize the parameters of the valve, complete the detailed structural design and develop a large flow proportional throttle valve prototype.Combined with the rapid development of computer control technology, an ARM7-based digital controller is designed. Embedded computer control system is one of the hot study of microcomputer control system, embedded systems is used in the large flow proportion throttle valve controller for easily control algorithm designing and debugging, also it can create the opportunity for the communication between controller and PC,and lay the foundation for future expansion of the system.Finally, the paper designs the test system to test the dynamic and steady-state performance of the valve, and use Labview to write the program to test the steady-state and dynamic characteristics with Advantech's data acquisition card. The experiment verify the valve design whether to satisfy the design requirements, as well as AMESim model. |
