With progress of the winch structure and control method, the method of adjusting it’s speed is also followed by the control of electrical automation, the control of the silicon controlled voltage regulating, the adjustment of mechanical variable transmission ratio, hydraulic technology regulation and many kinds of differential regulation of several stages, completed from the stepless Control to a level control, controllability is more mature. The hydraulic winch which is combined by the mechanical structure of hydraulic control system and the traditional mechanical structure, is made to drive the roller to rotate in order to achieve the purpose of cable or cable through the hydraulic motor directly or via a variable transmission ratio gear. At the same time with simple structure of its opening and change to the stable and reliable, fast response speed, the control performance is superior, can accomplish stepless speed regulation of this trend, adjustable speed smoothly without the frustration feeling, high degree of automation, reliable overload protection and has unique explosion-proof performance and other characteristics, in the industrial production process in the use of more and more widely.In the research of this paper which is about the new hydraulic system of large flow, based on these advantages of hydraulic winch, the automatic pressure regulating system is used depending on the load pressure regulating system; at the same time control mode adopted speed and throttle combination is also been used, in order to save the energy to the greatest extent. The main research results are as follows:1. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of open system and closed system, we chose the open system as the main loop of the system according to the actual situation, use the throttle speed control and speed control combined with the system greatly reduces the power loss, make decision of the constant tension control scheme and the braking loop flushing circuit, and draw the hydraulic system schematic diagram.2. According to the working principle of2D servo valve, we designed a22path2D servo valve, the main parameters were calculated, the static characteristics of the22path2D servo valve are analyzed, and then, the mathematical model of2D servo valve working process is established, and linear analysis of the mathematical model of2D servo valve has been made.3. According to the requirements of new hydraulic system of power system for high power hydraulic winch, winch load torque and the winch speed are calculated, and the selection and recalculation of the drive circuit, the pump motor, motor are made, the volume and size of the fuel tank is calculated, and the system control drive circuit is introduced. According to the design of hydraulic schematic diagram and the actual condition, the design of the valve body valve block floor is completed. And the electric control part is also designed completed.4. Through the study of the main loop of the hydraulic winch and the classic control theory, we analyse the dynamic performance, in-depth analysis and Research on the parameters affecting the motor rotation speed have been made; consolidate the theoretical basis combined with AMESim simulation;’finally, through experimental research, research results show that the design scheme, through theoretical and practical data, meet the technical requirements reasonable design, complete, the constant tension control of main winch in the range of0-10tons, speed control in0-71.7rpm, load torque can reach42KNm, vice winch constant tension control in the range of0-2tons, speed control in0-107rpm, the load torque of up to13.13KNm.
