| With the environmental issues being increasing seriously,as a green transmission technology,the water-hydraulic is arousing more and more people’s attentions.Even it has been applied in many areas but due to the different characteristics of water and oil the water hydraulic has higher requirements for the structure and material.This paper mainly concentrates on the structure design to reduce the cavitation phenomena that easily occurred in water hydraulic valve and researches the valve characteristic with new structure.Firstly,the valve spool that with linear flow characteristics was drawned.The similarity between the biological prototype and design object was been analyzed using the principle of Bio-TRIZ.The bionic valve sleeve was designed that inspired from the biological structure of squid.In order to make experiment easly the water hydraulic throttle valve was designed and assembled that with modularization characteristics.Secondly,the basic simulation principle was introduced.The simulation parameters and boundary conditions were calculated and analyzed.The simulation model was build to calculate and analysis the pressure-flow and cavitation characteristics of the sleeve with different structural parameters.The best parameters were select as the basic of the next simulation optimization.Thirdly,the Isight optimization model that combined gambit and fluent was set up.The structure parameters based on the simulation results of the previous chapter were optimized.The multi-factor and multi-objective optimization model was set up by taking the aperture size of the drainage hole and the space drainage angle as the design variables,the mean value of the valve port area pressure and the valve flow as the objective functions.The DOE method was used to analyze the impact of each variable to the objective function.The PSO optimization algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of each dimension.Finally,in order to verify the characteristics of the designed valve,a visual experimental sub-module was built based on the hydraulic water valve experimental system.According to the designed experiment sub-module,the visualization experimental device was set up,the change process of bubble and the cavitation characteristics of different structures were experimented.At the same time,the characteristics of the opening flow and pressure flow characteristics were experimented. |
