Hydraulic machine is a kind of machine that use the hydrostatic to processing metal, plastic, rubber, wood, powder and other products.lt is commonly used in the pressing process and press-forming process, such as:forging, stamping, cold extrusion, straightening, bending, flanging, deep drawing sheet metal, powder metallurgy, press-fit, and so on. Presses for product quality and production efficiency has an important role, however, some press work environment is not good, not high degree of automation, production efficiency often fail to meet requirements, to adapt to the rapid development of modern society, we design a high degree of automation, stable performance and reliable operation of the transmission press. Pressing speed of the press can improve production quality and efficiency plays an important role, therefore, precise speed control them is to get the key to a good product.Paper "speed pressure electro-hydraulic system design and development," first introduced our press developments and trends and electro-hydraulic proportional control technology and application, and then analyzes the press and workflow system components, the system needs to analyze the pressure the main parameters of the machine, checking the performance of the hydraulic system.Secondly, for the lower level of domestic small press automation case, the electrical part of the control system uses a control program of the PLC, the hardware and touch interface PLC control system was developed.Finally, the pressure conditions at the time of the shift mechanic built into the simulation model AMESim main elements AMESim simulation software through its parameter settings, build a simulation model of the entire press pressing shift action, the simulation results show velocity and displacement shift in line with press master cylinder design parameters set, indicating that the system design is reasonable.The innovation of this paper is the hydraulic system uses electro-hydraulic proportional variable volume pump speed control circuit, such circuit without overflow losses, the system easy to heat, greatly improve the efficiency of the press, effectively improve the speed stability.In this paper, the combination of a number of technical disciplines of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and control, in theory, the completion of the research and development of the transmission electro-hydraulic system of the press, which is the design and manufacture of variable speed presses actual project provides a strong theoretical stand by. In addition, the design and research method has certain reference significance for other similar engineering and manufacturing industry.
