Product quality is the basis of the survival and development of enterprises,with the continuous development of the market,the product put forward higher requirements,from the enterprise’s incoming quality,processing process quality and product operation quality three stages of quality management,the use of quality data analysis technology to achieve quality control and manufacturing process prediction,to improve the quality management level of enterprises,to achieve high-quality development has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.The paper takes the marine diesel turbocharger product of single-piece small batch production mode as the research object,studies its quality management content,and carries out the following work:First,analyze the current state of the quality management system of marine diesel turbocharger enterprises,comb and analyze the problems of the quality management system from the perspective of 5M1 E,and put forward and establish a quality management architecture that includes the quality inspection,production process quality management and product after-sales operation and maintenance management;And analyze the operation process of quality management architecture,and elaborate the main contents of the quality inspection stage,the production process data management stage and the operation maintenance data management stage.Secondly,for the quality inspection operation of the quality inspection stage of incoming quality,a task scheduling model of the quality inspection laboratory is proposed,the moth-flame algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the algorithm is improved,the results of the algorithm are analyzed experimentally,and the effectiveness of the modified algorithm is verified,so as to improve the scientific nature of the laboratory scheduling plan and optimize the configuration of the quality inspection laboratory testing equipment resources.Third,for the analysis of the quality data collected in the production process stage,the introduction of complex network theory,the error transfer network for secondary topology,the operation node into quality characteristics and processing elements,on the basis of which a process quality prediction model is established,and the use of support vector machine to achieve model solution,at the same time,further use particle group algorithm to optimize the model parameters,through the case data to verify the effectiveness of the prediction model;Finally,on the basis of the quality management system and related technology research of marine diesel turbocharger,the development of the quality management system based on marine diesel turbocharger has been completed from the aspects of system analysis,system design,system implementation and system application,and the initial application of the company has been carried out,and good results have been obtained.
