The Research On Conservation And Regeneration Of Industrial Heritage Architecture Under The Background Of The Overall Planning Of Changsha

With the rapid development of social economy, the decline of industrial society, the rapid rise of post-industrial society, our country is now in the transition of this particular historical period. The acceleration of urbanization process brings rapid expansion of city size; scientific concept of development is new requirement of urban renewal and transformation. Under the double pressures of urban master planning and urban development and renewal, a large number of old industrial sites as well as the overall environment of the old style industrial buildings have been severely damaged, including a large number of historic industrial buildings also have been devastated. So how can we do something with these a large number of old industrial areas and buildings correctly, which are being destroyed, abandoned, idle or still adhere to produce ,with the vision of sustainable development, is increasingly becoming a problem which need to be solved immediately in urban development and renewal. This article focuses on the protection and renewal of industrial architectural heritages of Changsha, researches the background and present situation of protection and renewal of industrial architectural heritages of Changsha in general, puts forward Changsha heritage protection is imminent, and finally establishes classification protection system of Changsha industrial architectural heritage protection and renewal as well as some advices.Firstly, based on the urban master planning and the concept of industrial architectural heritage, briefly explain the background, purpose, conservation value, and conservation significance of industrial architectural heritage and research methods.Secondly, through research the development process, concept and practice of domestic and international industrial building heritages protection and renewal, summarize the successful experience of industrial building heritages protection and renewal, industrial building heritages protection and renewal is discussed under the background of the urban master planning, and establish an assessment system of industrial building heritages, classificational protects industrial building heritages of different value with different levels, and put forward the corresponding protection strategy.Finally, through investigate the six existing industrial area of Changsha, under the background of urban master planning evaluate the existing industrial building heritages quantitatively, establish protection system of industrial architectural heritage in two levels- industrial area (macro) and single plant (micro), and put forward corresponding protection measures and development of re-use pattern. Meanwhile, through the research of meat processing factory of Changsha and zhengyuan power accessories factory of Changsha, put forward the idea of transformation updating.The approach of transformation of industrial architectural heritage and renewal should be " evolutionary " and "organic renewal"; Should pay more attention to the industrial building heritages protection and reuse, focus on industrial building structures and re-use facilities and equipment creatively, completely reinvent the wheel should not be taken the way of protection. Therefore, the Government should formulate strategies and policies of industrial heritage protection, and make sure that the industrial heritage in large-scale urban renewal can be effectively protected and industrial resources can be fully re-used.
