Application Of The "Digital City" Techniques In Changsha Urban Planning

Along with the development of economy and technology, the research of "Digital City" is deepened day by day. The construction of "Digital City" has gotten enough attention at home and abroad. The digital urban construction of our country has made better performance under the enough recognition of our government, yet there still exist a lot of theoretical and applied problems, which have hindered the development paces of the "Digital City" of our country seriously, to be solved eagerly because this construction is in stage of starting.This thesis starts with the basic theory and key technology of "Digital City", takes the digitalized process in the management and construction of Changsha urban planning as the concrete target, and has studied the application of "Digital City" in the modern urban planning. In the article, with the illumination of the relevant concepts, theoretical foundation, structural system and key technology of "Digital City", the author has introduced the obtained achievements, existed questions during the development of "Digital City" in our country and it's developmental trend abroad. Especially, this thesis has analyzed how to apply the theories and techniques of "Digital City" in the design and management of modern urban planning, has explained the concept of the digital urban planning and a coordination between "Digital City" and digital urban planning as well as a mutual promotion, and has expounded the digitized situation of the management and construction of urban planning in information age. What's more, the writer has studied the current situation and condition of Changsha city digitalization in particular. And the workflow, realistic meaning, structural system of the basic information platform of "Digital Changsha" (the Changsha urban planning, construction and management information system) have been analyzed detailedly. On the basis of these, this study has summarized out the train of thought and goal of building and managing digitalization of Changsha urban planning, has proposed some suggestions about Changsha city digitalization in order to realize "Digital Changsha" ultimately, and has expected it's application prospects, market prospects and technological prospects.Combining the reality of construction and management of Changsha urban planning with the research, the research has pointed out the direction of Changsha city digitalization, and has established certain foundation for the construction of "Digital Changsha" too.
