Research On Quality Management Of Library Construction Project In Zhejiang Normal University

The quality of the construction relates using time and the safety of life and property. The quality of the university construction not only relates the development of itself, but also the safety and studying life of teachers and students. Along with university's scale and new campus grow speedy, the construction work become more and more, its scale become bigger and bigger, we must make use of standard strictly to manage common construction's quality in campus. Therefore, it will with an important practical significance to research the construction quality management of university.The text take the project of Zhejiang Normal University's new library (information center) as research background, the first chapter expound the purpose, meaning, thought, method and collectivity content of the research; the second chapter expatiate the basic theory of construction project management and quality management, then introduce the point, flow and means of construction project quality management in seedtime, implementing and completion and acceptance stage; the third chapter combine the library item to analyze it's general circs, and elucidate the trait and the necessary of quality management, then analyze the exertion of project quality management in every phases, including seedtime, implementing and completion and acceptance stage's quality management; the fourth chapter evaluate various data after the project begin to use, then sum up the characteristics of the library item quality management, and elicit textual main viewpoint and advice, the author conclude the shortage and expect the construction project quality research scopes in the end.
