| With the deepening of the concept of sustainable development, the industrialization of construction and the prefabricated building become hot spot of building industry once again. Due to technical and management factors, the prefabricated building has not been popular in China in the past. Recently, with the development of component production process and construction technology, technical issues are resolved, however, the problem such as component transport, storage, project schedule control, poor transmission of information during lifecycle still have not been improved, management has become a key factor restricting the development of prefabricated buildings.In view of characteristics of the prefabricated building in building life-cycle management(BLM), this paper combines building information modeling(BIM) and radio frequency identification(RFID) technology with prefabricated building, to resolve the problem that it is lack of a key technology platform in the BLM. This approach helps all stakeholders creating, sharing, exchanging and managing information throughout all phases of lifecycle. The main contents of research in this dissertation includes:(1)The definition and characteristics of new industrialization, the advantages of developing prefabricated building and challenges during this process;(2)The concept of Building Information Modeling and Building Lifecycle Management, the effect of BIM in bringing out BLM(3)The application of RFID technology in the construction industry;(4) Combined BIM with RFID in BLM of prefabricated buildings, propose solution for problems in BLM, such as design conflict, progress simulation, real-time monitoring, ect, which plays a positive role in promoting BLM. |
