In this article we are studying the stirring shaft that is a device with stirring arm and leaf structure,It is mainly appling in the device of organic anaerobic fermentation,It is an important device component of the anaer-obic fermentation.Each device must be studied with its safety and relia-bility.The stirring shaft is as the important parts in mechanical agit- ation of anaerobic device.Certainly no exception,It's safe and reliable are directly related to the safety running and working continuity in the anaer- obic fermentation plant safety running.Because the stirring shaft is belonging to thelong series.Even if only in the force of gravity will it also generate distortion, Based on this situation,It is necessary to study the situation of the deformation of stirring shaft,it helps to provide the basis in improving stirring shaft of design in the future.Based on using the software platform in Kunming Shipbuilding Equip-ment Co.,Ltd,stirring shaft is studied,follow as:(1)With stirring shaft deflection analysis,deformation law and maximum deflection is found out,which is helpful to design support institutions;(2)With stirring shaft stress analysis,the stress danger area and the weak part are pointed out,which provides reference for choosing and designing the material.(3)With stirring shaft fatigue life analysis,the fatigue life of structure is concluded,which provides the security use period of the mechanism;(4)Finally,according to the deformation of stirring shaft and actual de-mand conditions of mechanical agitation in anaerobic fermentation,the feas-ible improvement plan is put forward.It forecasts the stirring shaft deflection,stress analysis and fatigue life of prediction,which provides to theoretical basis for improving stirring shaft stress and its structure,reducing its weight and design allowance.The research plan is feasible and operable,which has certain reference value for engineering application.
